Inspiration

In the life of human beings, is about dealing with other people therefore we must establish three levels of relationship to empower us for the future and walking toward a greater destiny and are necessary for our growth.

1. Up Line Relationship or people above us (Wise counselors, our boss, coach and Mentors for present and the future.) Proverb 24:5-6
5 -6 It’s better to be wise than strong; intelligence outranks muscle any day. Strategic planning is the key to warfare; to win, you need a lot of good counsel.
We all need up line relationship because is defining a greater destiny for our future;

-Counselor: is someone given the opportunity or a window to another person’s at life at the request of the person being counseled. A good counselor helps a person improve their capacity for change.

-Coach: is a person who been called to help a person improve specific skills and even to improve other aspects of life. The desire of the coach is to see person development and growth to their potential.

-Mentor: is someone empowering another person by sharing God given resources.

2. Peer Line Relationship or people around us (Friends or colleagues).
Possess the strength and hope for the future.
Proverb 17:17 A friend loves at all times, and a brother is born for adversity.
Proverb 18:24 A man who has friends must himself be friendly, but there is a friend who sticks closer than a brother.

3. Down Line Relationship or people who look up to us (Servant hood and accountability); this is for our children and those who look up to us such as our employees or our mentees.
See your walk with God as a character building journey, having overcome unhealed hurts, unresolved issues, unfulfilled desires, unmet needs etc. those three level must help us to develop the art of communication so we can make contact with each groups so that they can help us to achieve and reach our goals. Then I will not just build a relationship with God as well those who he put around my life.

Lord builds me so you can trust me! That it all about my prayer to be answers, many of us can talk to God but the question will be how many can listen to him.
